We are located 30 minutes from the ski slopes in the hottest, sunniest valley in the whole of France. We are avid motorcyclists with some of the best roads in the world on our doorstep! The area is famed for its food, wine, spectacular scenery, Cathare chateaux and wonderful weather and, the best biking roads in Europe! The area is steeped in history, and is ideal for sightseeing or for those that wish to simply "ride the roads". With over 300 sunny days a year (similar to the Caribbean) and the possibility of skiing in the mountains in the morning and the Mediterranean in the afternoon, MotorStopHelder is an ideal spot for exploring this exciting region, or simply as a stopover if you are en-route to Spain or touring around France.

This must be biker's paradise. When we arrived here in 2004 (we 're Dutch) we took our own motorcycles with us. We have used some new tyres since then! We have routes to ride, we have maps. We know lots of beautiful places to visit. Tax free county Andorra is nearby. Lots of bikers shop here for new tyres, clothing and helmets.

You can ride the narrowest roads, off road through the border area of France, Spain and Andorra (smuggler's routes). Cows, sheep and wild horses will accompany you.
